Yoga & Reiki - Heal Yourself Retreat

A weekend retreat combining yoga, yoga therapy, meditation & other mind/body practises, to prepare you for the uplifting experience of your reiki first degree. This retreat is offered with Zoe & Nathan and is not only a way of relaxing and calming the body & mind but also is a way to help you to progress on to the next level of your spiritual/ personal developement. The retreat will include;

A varity of yoga/pranyama/yoga therapy classes.

Seminars on the chakra's/chanting/meditation walks (grounding)/aura cleansing technique's.

A reiki first degree attunement.
